Each one of these workshops gave me a greater insight into what I was meant to be doing in my life. Which is to help people. I also discovered that I have been doing this my whole life…. Helping others. On an unconscious level I was already being a coach and a healer to my friends, my family and even strangers. Now I am doing it consciously. I believe that my life is very different now because I have learnt that I must have goals (big and small), I must acknowledge the negative emotions that are holding me back and I must take positive action to move forward. And now, I wish to share this with you.
