Yamaha XV-750 Motorcycle.. unreg....Swap for....

I have a 1982 Yamaha XV750-SE large motorcycle. It's not running. Unreg. I'm a retired guy and don't have the money or mechanical skill to renovate it. It's all there except for,as far as I can see,one front turn signal cover and the actual starter button. It's red.Seat okay with one tear.Not extra pretty,but okay for its age.Shaft driven. Shaft area metal has surface rust.Needs a sand blast.Has flat metal plate at rear for mounting luggage container,and has well used windscreen.

   Previous middle-aged owner assured  me it was running until put in shed about ten years ago because of intermittent electrical problen. My intention had been to replace the handlebars(plating a bit rusty) and the switches attached to the handlebars(I'm guessing they are the electrical problem). Otherwise doesn't seem too bad,but again,I don't have the ability.

    I'd like to swap for maybe (1) a smaller running road bike,or (2) a fairly large ride-on mower, pref. Cox or Greenfield, or (3)a motorized rotary tiller for making a big vegetable garden,or (4) a motorized walk-behind type slasher. Any of these items  must be running well but age not a problem.
