Wanted: Cake decorating

I am really interested in learning how to decorate cakes for weddings and birthdays. I have done a very basic course but need more experience. I am able to make some sugar flowers but need more experience in putting together the sprays and in particular would like to learn how to tier cakes. If you have any knowledge and are willing to teach I'm very very keen to learn!!
