FREE YOGA classes will be held for women and children (above 6 years) at Westlake (near Mt. Ommaney).
The classes focus on physical exercises for the body, mental relaxation techniques and breathing exercises.
Where possible, yoga will be tailored to meet/achieve an individual’s objective or health requirements.
  What to Bring?
Please bring your own Yoga Mat, drink bottle, tissues or towel.
  Should I seek medical advice?
Although, all care and due diligence is taken by the yoga instructor to advice and tailor the program to suit individual’s health requirements. It is recommended that you seek independent medical advice to ensure that it is safe for you.
  What time is the class?
The classes will normally commence at 7:00 am each Sunday morning.
The duration of the class is 75 mins.
