Hi there, Iv just finished my job, im sitting and the kilos are jumping on me, I would like some people to join me for a walk everyday ( good start ) steading not to fast...and then gradually get faster... help each other with diet.. depression, lonliness we dont have to tell our story, but lets just get out there, and support each other and make friends along the way... we will build up to having a movie nite! light super night and a bbq for the families in the park on a sunday...small big over weight what ever im carrying about 20kilos more then i should also... so come join me ok.... hear from you soon
