Hey Everyone!
I am a certified pilates instructor from San Francisco, CA looking to travel and experience the best that Australia has to offer. I have lived in Sydney, Melbourne, traveled through Darwin, Alice Springs and am currently in Cairns. I am looking to possibly exchange pilates privates for a place to sleep and good food. We can discuss the details of the barter, but I am very interested to see what we can work out.

I am certified through the prestigious and comprehensive Ron Fletcher program of study. Mat and apparatus certified. I am a professional modern dancer...been dancing for over 20 years...and have been teaching dance and pilates for the last 5 years. I also own and write two websites. Epicself.com...a health/wellness site. And TwoBackpacks.com... a travel website devoted to location independent living.

I am currently soaking in as much of Australia as I can. The East Coast is my next large adventure.

Whether you are brand new to pilates, suffer from an injury, or have been practicing for years, I know I can deliver an intense, mindbody workout. Emphasizing relaxation and stretching, rehabilitation, or amping up the practice for a deep burn. The choice is yours.
