I am looking to start up a free health and fitness surport group for girls wanting to achieve their goals. It will be run on the basis that there will be different categories girls may enter in order to achieve their goals and every member in that group will pool $5 each week to give to the winner that has reached the greatest achievement, for them to reward themselves. Such categories may include things like most percentage of body weight lost, most increased fitness levels, the girl who has faced her fears the most this week.
The main idea is to celebrate each others successes and create a large support group where girls feel safe to express themselves, be who they are and reach high levels of personal development & success.
