do you miss your garden ?

Have you moved into  a town house or retirement village and have no garden ? I am offering a sort of partnership I own the yard but am unable to do the upkeep due to health and work issues. So I offer someone the chance to have their own yard and grow what they want on a share basis. I have most of the equipment, a 5000l water tank and good soil. Also a ute for trips to the tip. I have two small vege patches which have produced some beautiful cabbages, potatoes, beetroot, carrots, passionfruit, tomatoes, chives and some other herbs. The yard is a good size and there is room to increase the growing capacity. There is also a good sized chickens run and coup which has 5 birds there now and that can be increased to a total of 10 birds (council limit is 10). So if this appeals to you please get in touch. I am near Springwood on the south side of Brisbane.
