Offering lessons in traditional northern Chinese kung fu;

~ controlling and striking
~ escapes and counters against common attacks/techniques
~ forms and fighting drills with a focus on applications
~ locking
~ throwing, take-downs
~ conditioning

At this point in time I am only asking for a donation to cover the hall hire.
