I'm hosting free classes in compassionate communication (or non-violent communication) in Surfers.
Basically its a way of understanding one's emotions and what motivates them, and how to communicate that, and make requests, in a way that's;
- more likely to get heard
- more likely to get needs met
- less likely to result in violence or conflict.

Its simple and practical and very helpful.

They are on Thursdays at 6.30pm on the 1st floor, in the Chevron Renaissance mall above that Infinity maze thing. There will be a poster on the door.
