Classes for Traditional Karate have statred at Newhaven Sports centre Dayman st Urangan and all ages accepted from 5yrs and over.
Monday,Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 5pm till 6pm.
First lesson Free so checkout Karate as a sport and find out if it suits you or your children today.
This is a Top Family sport as parents are welcome to train with there children and no other sport can cater for the whole family at the same time.
 
Please arrive 15mins early and ask all the questions you like.
Bring a towel,drink,and prepare to have fun while learning to defend yourself.
