Get fit, lose weight, make friends and learn to dance with SLG’s new and fabulous Ladies Latin dance program.
These classes are designed for the average woman, regardless of what your fitness level or your dance experience. Each session is 60 minutes of NON-STOP dancing to give you a regular dance fix! As part of SLG’s fantastic Foundation program, Ladies Latin dance classes will work on your core strength, flexibility and cardiovascular fitness, all while you are learning to dance.

You will learn elements of Salsa, Zouk, Samba, Bachata, Merengue and Cha Cha Cha. It is simple to learn, and can be shared with your friends on the social dance floor. This course will cover how styling links into turn elements, how to put power into your movement, and how to execute Salsa and Zouk elements smoothly and effortlessly. Laugh, have fun and enjoy yourself while getting fit without even thinking about it!

The syllabus includes body isolation, turning exercised, body control and balance techniques. You will be more in touch with your body and how it moves than ever before!

No partner required as it is all individual dance work.

Our 7-week progressive Ladies Latin Foundation courses are $165.00 (inc. GST) ($160.00 when booked on line)

Bonus!
Ladies Latin Foundation students receive two lessons per week.
