This is a quick email to let you know that due to an overwhelming response in memberships, we wont be taking anymore clients after November 9th until we open again in January.
 
This will just allow us to focus on the current members and really working them hard in their goals to look hot this christmas.
So if you are wanting to lose a few kgs of fat and tone up for the silly season, reply to this email asap. I can take on 15 more girls this year. And that will go fast.
 
Some new things at boot camp include:
 
Abs butts thighs class,
a new trainer taking the boxing on a tuesday night Tyrone Tongia who is a pro boxer,
30 minute express 6am classes to maximise fat burning....
