I want to find somewhere reasonably priced to do a millinery (Hat making) course please.  Due to cancer diagnosis and related treatments over the past 2 years I am unable to afford the tafe courses costs.  Is there anyone who can help me please? I really want to learn design, how to trim, and the construction of different  types of hats.  thanking you from crafty.
