Traditional Karate at Newhaven Sports centre Dayman st Urangan .All ages welcome from 5yrs and to adult.
Monday,Tuesdays and Wednesdays from 4.30pm till 5.45pm.
Saturdays Adult Freestyle MMA 10.30am till 12.00.
First lesson Free .Casual fee welcome. Annual Registration.
This is a Top Family sport as parents are welcome to train with there children and no other sport can cater for the whole family at the same time.
 
Please arrive 15mins early and ask all the questions you like.
Bring a towel,drink,and prepare to have fun while learning to defend yourself.
