Redland Bay Community Weight Loss Challenge - Special Morning Session

WANTED - Redland  locals who are serious about wanting to lose weight before Christmas!!
If you have tried to lose weight on your own - and failed, then this is your opportunity to be a part of a supportive community group, join in the fun, and even win cash prizes!! Why not join in with a friend or two?
The current Redland Bay Challengers have already lost 35 kg!
You could be the next BIGGEST LOSER! 

It's about getting healthier and lose weight together over a 8 week period.
In weekly classes, you will get:
  • Advice on nutrition and good food choices
  • Group support to cheer you on
  • Your own Personal Coach
  • Great Fun, rewards and much, much more!
Learn how to lose 1 kg a week and win cash prizes!

The fee for the full 8 weeks is only $35, of which $25 will go towards funding a prize pool to be divided amongst those who get the best personal results.

Start date:  Thursday 22nd of October 2009
on Thursday mornings (10 am - 11 am) at the Redland Bay Community Hall.

We still accept participants up to and including week 4 so it is never too late to start!!
