I have post natal depression...........selfish, I know. How could someone feel so sad after the most precious gift has been given to them? I dont know, I cant answer that, im just not coping and I cant control it. Am I crazy??I spend all day ay home by myself with my baby and a 3 year old. I have lost all my friends. On the outside I smile, but deep down Im soo lonely. Surely im not the only mum out there feeling like this.......
