I am trying to track down a guy who broke in to my house. I know, its probably a lost cause but im sick of the police not doing anything about it when i have %100 proof who it is.
I know is his name is TJ - and he lives in the Cleavland area.
He is in his Mid Twenties, and has a Meth/Ice Problem.
I know he is always in and out of the cells, and i do have his active mobile phone number.
So im asking if there is anyone out there who may know him, or may have the connections to track a cell phone to an address it would be really appreciated.
