Student Spray Painter / Artist needed to spray flames on car

Hello there,
 
I have an old car that I would like spray painted with flames. Nothing too flash just a rough graffiti look. Down the sides and on the bonnet. Even just from a can if you're good enough. I can't afford thousands of dollars on  a proper paint job so am going for a far cheaper option.
I am willing to pay for all paint and pay you a price at which we both seem fair.
