Wanted: Sunstarz Holiday Scam

I have also bought a Sunstarz holiday over the phone recently. I am yet to receive any receit or brochures or tickets. So I checked it on the net and here we are, finding other warnings of this scam. I never buy over phone products and as a single mum can not afford holidays, but for once, I thought No, I deserve a holiday. Yer right. I payed $149 in early sep 2009!
 
Has anyone gone further with this? How many others have been scammed? Who is this money going to? I would love to get us together and take it further to 60 minutes, A Current Affair, Fair Trading or Someone. This has to stop.
