I am a 30 yr old guy in redbank plains looking for someone of similiar age to 18-40 is no prob.  I have signed up for the army and am looking for someone to join me in my arvo and weekend exercise.  one day consists of a 5-6km walk the next is a 1.5-2km run.  it can be just round local streets or can travel to forest lake to do the run.  on weekends I dont mind doing a bush walk to whiterock or would consider somewhere else.  as well as that some push up and sit ups would prob be done as well.  If there is something else that you want to do I would be happy to do that as well.  just let me know where you are and what your wanting to do and lets get healthy!
