Travel partners/lift wanted to go hiking around Cairns, Brisbane

Hi, I’m Thomas, 23 year old American. I’ve been in Cairns for a week
now, and would like to fi nd travel partners or a lift up to Cape Tribulation for a
few days with a couple of hikes along the way. I have a good hiking book with
50 trails throughout north Queensland.
I am also looking for anyone interested in going to the Atherton Tablelands
and doing some hikes there too.
I also want to go down to Brisbane after I’m done with Cairns. I would
like to make stops at several places along the way, including an overnight
hike up Mount Bartle Frere, which is the tallest mountain in Queensland, a
1500 meter high hike.
I don’t have a car, but we can rent one for a couple of short hiking trips.
If interested, please message me.
I’d like to do these shorter trips as soon as possible, and would like to start
the trip to Brisbane by the beginning of September.
