Shake your "thang" to Salsa rhythms, Samba Beats and Cha Cha grooves with Barefoot BoogieFit.

BoogieFit is an individual Latin dance class; there is no partner dancing. 

BoogieFit is NOT an aerobics class with Latin music. You learn actual Latin
dance steps to Salsa, Cha Cha, Samba and more. Both Latin and non-Latin
music is used in the classes.

No previous dance experience is required. BoogieFit is ideal for beginners.
