An event for anyone who would like to find out about community and health services available locally for those over 50.

Spencer Howson – ABC Brisbane Radio Broadcaster and Presenter
What: Free Event with guest speakers and 40 exhibitors providing:
· Information from: emergency services, podiatrists, speech pathologists, audiologists, dietitians, occupational therapists and physiotherapists
· Demonstrations: Tai Chi, balance class, hydrotherapy, choral group
· Health checks on: balance and blood pressure and foot care
· PresCare book launch for caregivers.
· coffee shop and refreshments available
· Free handouts
