My Client a publically listed Construction , Oil and Gas company located at Murrarie are looking to recruit the best Accounts Payable Clerk in Brisbane.
Ideally you will have had previous experience on jobpac - also high volume accounts payable would also be desirable.
Operational
· Data Entry of invoices and delivery dockets onto the computer system
· Reconciliation of creditor invoices and statements
· Preparation of statements for payment according to agreed terms
· Maintain listing of short term creditors
· Liaison with Purchasing Department and various site offices
· Other duties instructed from time to time
Ideally you will have had previous experience entering invoices onto a jobpac accounting system and be used to liasing with on site staff dealing with queries for invoices. Invoices are processed daily and you should be used to processing high volume invoices.
Salarly is paying $48K base plus super circa, excellent family friendly environment, lots of perks and beenfits.
Hours of work from 7.00am to 4.00pm - fantastic company with lots of flexibility.
