This friendly and energetic team of staff provides electrical projects to clients in the commercial industry and also operates a successful service department. In operation in Brisbane for over 10 years, their place of employment is a bustling working environment with a motivated office team.

Currently they have an immediate requirement for an office adminstration/accounts staff member

Within this role you will have the following responsibiilites:

• Providing administration support to management and electrical /span>trade staff/o:p>
• Generating client invoices, following up payments, raising purchase orders/o:p>
• Job folder processing and co-ordination/o:p>
• Accounts payable, accounts receivableeekly payment runs and reporting/o:p>
• Reception and general administration duties

I amooking for a matureccounts/administration staff member who isxperienced in accounts payable, accounts receivable, administration and reception working on a permanent basis. The ideal person will be outgoing with a friendly personality and great sense of humour with an ability to work in a electrical contracting, contracting and construction environment.
