This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual who has strong systems analysis skills / interpersonal skills and who is looking to advance their career in Business Analysis. You will be regarded by your peers as being an 'out of the box' thinker, be comfortable with achieving results with clients and staff alike, and have a natural curiosity to go digging for solutions.
 
The purpose of this key role is to define business process requirements across a diversity of data management apps at both technical and workflow levels. Your responsibilities will encompass:
  • Analysing and delivering business process initiatives
  • Customer interaction to gather and analyse end user requirements
  • Analysing workflow to create process maps and isolate areas of potential improvement
  • Developing functional specifications that design and document desired outcomes
  • Producing technical specifications to communicate user requirement
We need a team focussed individual, a bit of a risk taker prepared to back their views, someone who is pedantic about 'getting it right' , and who is comfortable with a bit of travel from time to time. It goes without saying that you bring the technical skills in data design, exceptional written and verbal communication skills and well developed analytical abilities.
