This leading consulting company offers professional solutions to many high profile organisations across the globe. Disciplines from ERP to Engineering they are known for high expectations, quality service and the ability to deliver where most fail.
 
A new project is coming online and as a result they require the services of a Senior Business Analyst for a 6 month contract in Brisbane.
 
 
Responsibilities include;
 
 Liaise with Business and process owner to analyse the current 'AS IS' processes and systems and effectively identify, document and validate a desired 'TO BE' process model.
 
 Preparation of a comprehensive business case, including options analysis and benefits realisation evaluation.
 
 Identify and specify the business requirements and change program for the first stage roll-out.
 
 
 
Demonstrated Skills and Experience
 
 Highly developed analytical, conceptual and problem solving skills
 
 Demonstrated experience in presentation, consultation, negotiation and process management
 
 The ability to liaise and consult with Senior Management and a diverse range of stakeholders
 
 An understanding of Planning legislation and development process is highly desirable.

Prince 2/PMBOK
 
Business Process Modelling, Investment Logic Map
 
MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio
 
 
If you are a senior level B/A with planning reform and process change experience then I want to here from you ASAP. Government experience is needed.
