My client, a multi-national Mining and Engineering consultancy, have recently established a Brisbane presence and are looking for a Senior Engineer to progress to take on the role of Technical Manager.
 
This senior position will offer sensational remuneration and the opportunity to share your expertise and advice with international offices, sometimes travelling to assist!
 
You will report directly to the regional manager and will be responsible for overseeing project completion, ensuring budget and timeframes are met.
 
Because you will be responsible for the mentoring and development of junior staff you must posses excellent leadership qualities.
 
 
Essential Criteria to be successful are:
 
Tertiary Degree in a relevant discipline of engineering
 
5 years minimum relevant experience in the mining industry
 
Experience in Tailings management and Tailings dam design
