Residential Site Manager


Were you someone who played with LEGO block as a child? Do you get great satisfaction from helping people build there dreams homes. If you have answered yes to the above then read on.


We are a new and forward thinking consultancy offering site management to builders and owner builders. While we will be providing site management to builders the large part of our focus is owner builders.


The Role

You will be the first point of call for owner builders when they have questions about the construction of there new home. You will be responsible for delivering a very high standard of customer service at all times.This role will give you the opportunity to do things your way and work for the most part independently with the backup of an administrative team at your disposal. Your duties will include the following.

  • Produce Construction Programs

  • Liase with clients and sub contractors.

  • Site Visits

  • Watch over budgets.


The Person

Ideally you will be a tradesmen looking to put down your tools who has been exposed to running a site previously, or a site manager looking for a change. You should be able to demonstrate exceptional time management skills. Initially you will be running one site, then two then anywhere upto 5 sites at a time. Above anything you should have a personal interest in everything to do with construction.


Initially as a contract position for 6months the position will become a chance for on going employment for the write candidate.
