I have recently been travelling throughout Asia , visiting, Nepal, Thailand, Malaysia, Singapore, Cambodia and Vietnam. The highlight being a motor cycle trip of some 1760 Km from Hanoi to Hoi Chi Min City (Saigon). I plan to be in Australia for the next 12 months.
Profile:
I am hard working and an extremely fit individual who thrives in a challenging environment. I am an honest and loyal team player with great public relation skills. I love participating in sports and any kind of social meetings. Needless to say, I am a non smoker.
My other main area of interest is travelling. I have visited a number of European countries as well as California, travelling across the Mohave Desert and Sierra Nevada mountains from Los Angeles to San Francisco, Fiji, Hawaii and Australia. I also lived in New Zealand for a short period in 1999.
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:
I worked in the supermarket at the Leeds Carling festival and the Lattitude festival in Suffolk, during the summer 2006. Work included stacking shelves, providing security and point of sales.
In 2005 I spent a two week period of ‘work experience’ at Pole Position Go Karting in Leeds. Assisting customers, maintaining the track and Karts.
I have worked for ‘Work Inc’ on a casual basis delivering and building office furniture for major office based companies all over Europe.
As a general hand for a local builder and assisting a friend in their telecommunications business, installing cabling etc.
I did a 3 month stretch working at JJB sports in Leeds city centre. I was on footwear and developed lots of communication skills and how to deal with the general public and many challenging situations.
A short promotions stint working for Absolute Life involved flyer distribution and information gathering throughout the night. I also did promotions work for club Puro and Space in Leeds. This again involved flyer distribution and selling special drink promotions.
I was working for a letting agency based in North Leeds for 3 months. I was then moved to their sister company who build and renovate houses, as a site manager. This was a promotional move which was very demanding and carried lots of responsibilities. Unfortunately, because of the housing market crash, work declined vigorously and I was made redundant

ACHIEVEMENTS:
I currently play soccer for the Leeds United centre of excellence in football and Harrogate town reserves.
I have represented England athletics team in Germany at the age of 11 competing against 8 other countries finishing 2nd all in all.
I also represented Leeds city athletics track & field team for a couple of years until I started playing football at a higher level.
I play rugby league for Whinmoor Warriors and have recently had trials for Leeds and district rugby league service area.
From the age of eight, I was captain of Colton Junior’s football team and in 2004 won the league and the cup double, not loosing one game throughout the season.
I have played football for Boston Spa School and reached 2 finals played at south Leeds stadium.
I went on tour with Boston spa football team to Valencia in 2005 training with the Valencia first team coaches. We played a game against Valencia academy u16s and absolutely walked over them winning 10-1.
I have represented Boston spa rugby league team in the cup final taking home the cup last year.
My most recent achievement was in July 2008. I travelled to San Marino Italy with Leeds united centre for excellent competing in the San Marino cup. After going through the group stages unbeaten, we went on to win in the final 3-2 in extra time. This was played at the San Marino national stadium. This was one of the most memorable sporting achievements to date.
In Summary
I am looking for part time/full time employment to help fund my future prospects. I am planning to join the Royal Navy as an officer after a period travelling and meeting new people and life challenges
