THE COMPANY
 
 
This large modern facility (100+ beds) offers accommodation to both High and Low care residents, and is currently looking for a Clinical Nurse Manager to lead and guide their clinical teams. Your daily duties include: overseeing all ACFI assessments and lodgements, implement training and development programs for clinical staff, and ensuring quality care is provided at the highest standards, and maintaining clinical governance. This organisation has an outstanding reputation and offers a very supportive and friendly working environment.
 
 
 
THE PEOPLE WE LOOK FOR
 
 
To be successful for this position, you will have: 
 
  • Current QNC registration and Police clearance
  • Strong Clinical Assessment, Care Planning and documentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of ACFI and Aged Care Accreditation standards
  • Proven track record of supervising and developing staff
