The Insurance Litigation Division consists of 5 Partners, each with their own team of solicitors, secretaries and legal staff including clerks and paralegals. This Division is expanding in each office location, with insurance litigation representing the core area of law that the Firm has developed from since its beginnings more than three decades ago.
We have an opportunity for an Insurance Litigation Solicitor to join our Maroochydore office on a permanent full-time basis.
 
Core duties and responsibilities of the role include :
  • Provision of advice on insurance litigation matters
  • Case management of insurance litigation matters, predominantly injury
  The successful candidate will possess the following:
  • Minimum 2 PAE + with exposure to the injury litigation arena
  • Familiarity with the public liability, motor vehicle & workplace injury areas of law
  • Experience using digital dictation
  • Strong relationship building, customer service and communication skills
  • Strong time management and organizational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple tasks and conflicting priorities simultaneously
