The Position We are looking for experienced legal secretaries to join our team in the Brisbane office.
You will enjoy organising, can communicate on all levels and revel in being part of a successful team. You must have secretarial experience within a legal environment, sound typing skills (min 60 wpm) and excellent attention to detail. Your day to day duties may include: • typing all correspondence and court documents; • preparing briefs and reports; • preparing monthly billings; • arranging travel and accommodation; and • client liaison and general administrative tasks. Requirements The successful candidate will possess the following: • At least 3 years experience in a legal secretarial position • You must enjoy the challenges of working in a legal practice • A proactive and self-motivated attitude • High level accuracy and a strong attention to detail • Strong time management and organisational skills together with the capacity to manage multiple files and conflicting priorities simultaneously.
