Customer Service/ Collection Officer (Call Centre)

We represent one of the leading consumer finance companies in Australia and New Zealand. They currently have openings for experienced Customer Service staff to join their expanding Collections division.

This role will see you making outbound calls to existing customers, offering expert advice on payment options for their current financial products.

To be considered for this role you will be experienced in customer service, preferably from within a contact centre environment, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be highly motivated and above all have a strong customer focus. Previous Collections experience will be highly regarded.
