We are seeking a motivated individualith senior to mid-levelocument Controlxperience for arisbane basedssignment. The successful candidate will have the ability to manage and ensure all project vendor documentation is controlled in accordance with company procedures and policies.

It is preferable but not essential that theuccessful candidateoldxperience within theesources industry specifically within therea of Vendor Document Control. It is essential thatandidatesave good attention to detail, problem solving skills, communication skills and prior experience with Smartplant Foundation DMS software is required.

Of particular interestrepplicantselevant skills and experience in:
  • Registering documents from both internal and external sources;
  • Maintaining document registers, ensuring deliverables for each discipline are kept up to date;
  • Supplying all document numbers;
  • Providing auditing services where required;
  • Maintaining electronic documents, original documents, check prints and keeping all superseded revisions;
  • Ensuring timely processing and return of documentation;
  • Archiving and archive retrieval;
  • Project Data Books.
