Aussie Refund is a new agency backed by The PSS Group and The PIS Group (Australia’s largest Funds Manager and professional services company in Australia).

We need a key BDM to join Aussie Refund to source, attract and recruit real estate Agents to work with us. The system of 85% commission share (no desk fee) to agents far exceeds other agencies distribution and should make it pretty easy to attract them or at least entertain their interests. We need someone to take ownership and drive the development of this side of the business and as such we are willing to provide a 50% profit split to the right person for those agents they recruit. This equates to half of the 15% share we take per deal (7.5%). Because of the high profit potential, we need someone who is willing to work on a commission only basis.
