My Client is one of Australia's best Executive Search firms, based in modern and light filled, open plan offices in the CBD.

This dynamic and high performing agency is looking for experienced search consultants or consultants who have had exceptional results in a non-executive recruitment environment but want to take the next step in their career and earn TOP DOLLARS.  Full training in retained search will be provided to those seeking to progress their skills however, you will need to have proven billings history ($600K - $800K per annum).

Ideally, you will have at least 3 years recruitment experience in any industry sector including Banking and Finance, Engineering, Sales and Marketing, Technology, Mining and Resources or Healthcare or Pharmaceuticals.  Other industry sectors will also be considered.

For experienced executive recruiters, my Client is willing to pay well above the six figure mark as a base salary.  For less experienced consultants, an ample base salary will be paid which recognises your skill level and experience.  Commission is uncapped.
