In this contract role you will be a critical member of a dedicated HR team supported by specialist recruiters, OHS & L&D professionals. This is a diverse role which will see you involved in including performance management, coaching, reviews as well as specialist projects including career planning and agreement management.
 
To succeed in this role it is anticipated that you will be a suitably qualified and experience HR generalist experience with a ‘coaching’ focus to line management. Though this is a head office role, experience within a geographical dispersed employee base, as well as IR exposure, would be favorably viewed.
