This newly created role, reporting to the national Manager for Safety and Well Being, will be responsible for providing national OH&S strategy, support and advice...!!

Key to this role is the exciting Project of developing and implementing an Occupational, Health & Safety Management System. For which you will have primary control..!!

 

Other responsibilities of this role will include..

 

  • Liaison with departments to develop policies & procedures to ensure legislative compliance and safe systems of work.
  • Managing Workplace incidents and incident investigations.
  • Providing a range of Consultancy Services to the business.
  • Development of OH&S training programs.

 

You must have.... experience in OH&S, and with white collar experience and possess:

 

  • Tertiary Qualifications in a related discipline.
  • Experience with Safety, Workers Compensation & Occupational Rehabilitation.
  • Sound Knowledge of Contemporary Health and Safety practices and Systems.
  • Policy development Experience.
  • Excellent Communication and computer skills and the ability to problem solve, influence and build credible relationships at all business levels…!!!
