Santa Photography Area Supervisors

Scene to Believe are leaders in the digital event photography market and provide Santa Photography to over 100 shopping centre’s throughout Australia and NZ. We have achieved our excellent reputation through delivering outgoing, motivated and interactive photography/customer service teams, and more importantly, through providing Supervisors to ensure these staffing qualities are exceeded.

We are looking for well presented, organised and energetic individuals to supervise a group of photography sets (approx. 8 locations) in Perth. You will be joining our young and dynamic team while working closely with Head Office management in both preparations, and throughout the season.

As an Area Supervisor, you would need to be available in a casual capacity from August through October with full time 7 days a week availability through November and December.

Your responsibilities would include:
• Recruitment & training of staff in your area
• General management of your teams throughout the season
• Motivation of staff to reach sales targets
• Regular reporting to Scene to Believe and Shopping Centre management

It is a requirement that applicants have previous experience in a customer service related position. Ideally you will also possess the following skills and attributes:
• Impeccable customer service
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Time management skills and ability to work under pressure
• Current drivers licence and your own car
• Access to an internet connection throughout the season
• Basic understanding of Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)

Experience in managing and motivating teams along with minimal photography experience is also preferred, however complete training will be provided to suitable candidates.
