I have certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and my Bachelor’s degree in Physical Education is a comprehensive education in Anatomy, Kinesiology, and management concepts in sport and fitness settings, worksite wellness, fitness assessment and athletic training.
Most personal fitness trainers specialize in weights, machines, and movement. While I am accomplished in all the three areas, I bring something extra –knowledge of nutrition, which I share with clients one-on-one to help them support what they do while in the gym with nutrition while they are away.
