Hey, I'm working in Brisbane for the next couple of weeks and looking for a trainer to put me through a tough cardio session on each of the next couple of Sundays.  I'm male, 33 yo, usually run and bike but had a bike crash and am a bit soft at the moment -I'm keen for some hard sessions and looking for someone who'll make it tough - if you'll push me to keep going after I've had a spew that's cool and I don't mind a male or female trainer
