I am a qualified personal trainer with a  degree in Bachelor of Human Movement Science and a Diploma of Fitness and Certificate 4 in Fitness. Will assist with training regimes suited for every individuals needs: weight loss training, sports training, body building, fitness, nutrition, and self-defence.
