The Certificate IV in Training and Assessment is a 9 day blended learning program comprising of interactive training workshops and online learning. There are fourteen units of competency necessary to gain this qualification, including 12 core units and 2 electives.
To ensure participants successfully achieve all units of competency, Customer Contact Solutions has designed a stimulating and well paced training program that is delivered in four key sessions:
- Session 1 Fundamentals of Workplace Training - 3 units (2 day workshop)
- Session 2 Learning Design - 3 units (2 day workshop)
- Session 3 Delivery and Facilitation (Train the Trainer) - 4 units (3 day workshop)
- Session 4 Assessing Competency Based Training - 4 units (2 day workshop).
Our program format and course mentors will ensure that you have the best possible opportunity to successfully complete this qualification. We provide highly experienced trainers on each program and limited numbers of participants to maximise learning.
Course Fees
1. $1450 full course enrolment (paid in one payment) including morning and afternoon tea, lunch; all workbook materials and assessments, and ongoing tutorial support.
2. $1250 - self-paced - includes all workbook materials and assessments and one on one tutor support.
3. $850 - Recognition of prior learning/current competencies (RPL/RCC) - includes RPL/RCC kit and TAA40104 Kit plus one on one tutor support.
