We were desperate to find somewhere to live, close to the city, that would let us have dogs. Now we need to break our lease and have 14 months to go. A lovely, 3 storey townhouse with 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, puppy door onto the balcony.

Fully walled backyard with covered terracotta patio. Close to Centenary off-lease dogpark as well. Lease until 24 Dec 2010. Rent will be approx $660 per week, but the owners will keep it at the current $640 until then. [The price will be the $640 + standard cpi increase. The agent, Ray White, will work it out exactly for us, but can't ell us the figure until a closer to the date.]
