This is a HIGHLY decorated piece of crystal, my first guess would have to be Bohemenia but its not marked so I just don't know ??
Its a bell, a beautiful bell minus the small link chain and tiny ball it used to have in the middle bit to DING !! or ring, whatever you like to call it, I like it now it doesn't make noise, it got lost during our removals about 12 years ago !!!
So ding or ringless, (easy to fit so I am told you just need a little chain and a round crystal or glass bead and whalla it rings again (personally I've passed on doing that !!!)
it is approx 6 inches high and 3.5 inches across the base at the bottom and has a round bulb on top to hold it when/ if it rings !!!
its such a beautiful piece, one anyone would be pleased to own or display. all decorated around the edge at the base and diamond cut towards the top its just lovely but due to missing ringer I have priced it accordingly
