I am a locally owned and run traffic management company with all of the right insurances and experienced staff.  I am looking to put up a shed / carport on my property and I am looking for someone who can do one or all of the following in exchange for traffic management for your business to the value of the work you do.
1.  Concrete slab18 m long x 6.2 m wide
2.  Shed - min 3.2 m high roller doors (2 on one end, one on other), one personal entry door, 2 x windows.  shed 12 m x 6 m carport on front 6m x 6m
