We are a couple (Australian guy/ Japanese girl) looking for another couple to share our Toulouse Apartment at the Emporium complex in Fortitude Valley.

The bedroom advertised is considered the 'master' bedroom - as it contains its own en suite - though rent for the apartment ($432 p/week) is split evenly 4 ways, meaning each person pays $108 each a week*.

* please note that from December 29 - rent will become $144 p/week (for 3 people) with the departure of one of us to Japan.

The bedroom / apartment has;
- Air conditioning in both bedrooms and living area.
- Kitchen (w. fridge and some other furnishings)
- Laundry (Washing Machine / Tumble Dryer)
- Small Balcony
- Secure Smart-Key access

as well as;
- access to the complex's swimming pool / spa / sauna & gym facilities.

This is a great apartment, with the location just walking distance to all that New Farm & the Valley has to offer. Those using public transport may be pleased to learn that bus stops to and from the city are located on each side of the Emporium complex, and the Fortitude Valley train station is less than a 10 minute walk away.

We are two very easy-going people, clean without being 'anal' and generally very pleasant to live with.
