Hi, my name is Clementine i am looking for one or two girls (couple are welcome) to rent my bedroom during the time i am coming back to my country France during Christmas period from the end of novemver perfect date around 22 but negociable until middle of december to 31th of January. The flat and the bedroom with a double bed and a huge dressing are fully furnished and near roma street station 2 minutes by walk so close to everything, city 10 minute by walk. The price $175 per week for one people or $200 if you are two people. I don't wanna ask bond but I prefer that you pay the full 1month and a halh rent by advance.
